Comments
The Do 18N was use primarily for Air/Sea rescue and were painted white with prominent red crosses. However, it is widely believed that at least some of these aircraft used these markings as a cover to perform ELINT (Electronic Intelligence) missions. Eventually the Do 18 was replaced in service by the Bv 138
